Where are your facilities located?

We offer one facility at 15656 FM 849 and one at 16074 FM 16 in Lindale, TX.

What are your office hours?

Our office is located at our 16074 FM 16 location and is open from 9:30 am until 6:00 pm Monday through Friday.

When can I access my storage unit?

Any time at all – both of our facilities are accessible to customers 24 hours a day.

Do you offer RV storage?

We do! Our 15656 FM 849 location offers RV & boat parking.

Do you have climate control?

Yes, our 16074 FM 16 location offers climate controlled units.

Can I pay my bill online?

Of course! Just access your account through our website and pay when it’s easiest for you. You are also welcome to make your payment over the phone. Just call our friendly office staff and they can help you anytime.

Do you have auto payment options?

Yes, we offer automatic payments via ACH (auto draft from a bank account) or you can use a Debit or Credit Card. Auto payments can be set up via your online account, or you're welcome to call our office and have it set up over the phone or come by the office anytime during regular office hours.

What size storage units do you have?

We offer a broad range of storage unit sizes, from a small 5x10 to a large 10x20 in addition to our RV and vehicle parking options.

How do I know what size storage unit I need?

How do I make a reservation?

You can just contact us and we’ll help you select and reserve the best unit for your needs, we’re eager to help you get started! Or you are welcome to make the reservation yourself right here on the website (details listed below).

Can I rent a unit online?

Yes you can! From the homepage, click on which location works best for you. Then you will see a list of all unit sizes offered at that location. To the right of your desired size you will click on the red box that says "Move In" and it will then walk you through the move-in process. This is also where you can reserve a unit. (Note: if it just says "Call" that means there are no units available in that size. At that point you are welcome to call our office if you wish to be put on a waiting list for that desired size.)

Do I need a specific type of lock for my unit?

Yes. For security purposes, we require all our tenants to use a specific kind of lock (same requirement for both facilities). It is called a "round padlock" (refer to  image below). If you don't have one, you are welcome to purchase one from our office ($11.91 including tax). If you are doing your rental online, please call our office for details on how to get a lock. If you already have the required type of lock, then you do not need to purchase one.
